Ryan and Bill are ordained to perform marriages in the NY, NJ, CT tri-state area. Though Bill doesn't perform ceremonies in the city, Ryan does and is registered as a licensed Wedding Officiant in NYC (#71027).

Our office is located in Rockland County, 30 minutes outside of New York City. We offer an initial phone consultation and a meeting in our office free of charge. Our services include another office visit, and unlimited phone calls/emails to discuss and prepare the ceremony. We answer all emails and phone messages within 24 – 48 hours.
