Ok, I've definitely fallen behind with adding new testimonials to this page. I know, that's bad of me, but I've recently added a blog to post more of my thoughts from each wedding and so I've lost track a bit from the more formal testimonials. And I've been performing a lot of weddings too which is keeping me really busy. I'm going to be working to update this testimonial page shortly, but until I do, I'm just going to add an email I got from Amanda and Bryan, a couple I married on September 6th.
Ryan,
The day was over so fast, in one big blur just like everyone said it
would be. But there are a few special moments that we will never
forget. And one of them is having you do our ceremony. We could not
have asked for a more special, personal ceremony - or for a better
person to perform it!
As you know, we were so overwhelmed and stressed out with the wedding
and the new house that we didn't finalize any of the details with you
until just days before. We couldn't believe how quickly you sent us a
ceremony that we could not have imagined being more beautiful. All of
the guests had something wonderful to say about the ceremony and about
you personally. It was lovely to hear. Our guests had a blast with you
after the ceremony, too! They all wished you could have stayed, as did
we. And the blog is great! I read through it before the wedding and
loved it. But to be honest, I love it more now that we made an
appearance! And I remember you saying you were a photographer but RYAN!
You are amazing! The photos are stunning! Do you have any more?? If our
photographer does even half as good a job, we'll be thrilled! What
beautiful moments you captured! And I know Lorraine will get the
biggest kick out of being mentioned, too...as you can imagine!!
Please feel free to post this under testimonials, or tell me where I can
post something. I would love to let everybody know just what amazing
hands they are in, and that if they are smart enough to choose you as
their officiant, it will be the one and only stress-free thing they'll
have to deal with while planning their wedding.
And Ryan, you are such a special person I'm sure you'll have just as
wonderful a relationship with your daughters.

Lynn & Erik: January 23rd, 2009
Lynn and Erik were another last minute couple jilted by their original officiant. In the end, they told me they were happy their original officiant backed out a week or so before, because they loved the ceremony I performed. They had such nice things to say.
Hi Ryan! We just got back from Bali & are still trying to adjust from all the wedding bliss! Well I just wanted to touch base with you to say thanks again for the wonderful job you did on the ceremony! Just today my sister was referring to something you said. We had a great time and Erik's uncle Fred recorder the whole ceremony - so we can watch it all the time!

James Oliver - Baby Naming: October 26th, 2008

James Oliver is the son of Neal and Brett (Spotlight Couple III). They recently had a boy and they wanted to have a family celebration and a naming ceremony to welcome their child into their lives. I was honored to perform for this occassion, as I enjoyed working with them on their wedding last year. I look forward to one day performing at James' wedding :)

Rose & Andrew: September 21st, 2008
Hi Bill,
Hope all is well with you. Married life is great, we are loving every moment. We are back from our honeymoon. I don't know how to thank you for a wonderful job you did. The ceremony was beautiful. Andrew loved it. Everyone couldn't stop telling me what a touching ceremony it was. My in-laws were very impressed because they were the ones that were a bit worried about our different backgrounds.
Thank you for everything you did to make my wedding day even more beautiful. I will send you a picture once I get them back from the photographer.

Hi Bill,
Just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful ceremony. All of our family and friends were very impressed by the ceremony you performed and they all thought that you were great and did a fantastic job. Since it wasn't a religious ceremony it was unique, personal and based on me and Andrew which turned out to be amazing. Most brides say how stressed they are with all the planning. I have to say that you and everyone I dealt with made my day even more perfect than I could have imagined.
The memories of our perfect day will be with us forever and we have ou to thank for being able to make our ceremony exactly what we wanted.

I wanted to drop you a note to tell you just how AWESOME you did with the ceremony. It is all that anyone is talking about and it came off better than we would have ever expected. It truly was perfect. We just wanted to send you a note to say thank you and if you need to use us as a reference or anything, please do not hesitate. The parents LOVED it and we really loved it too. Thank so much again for just a personalized ceremony that was truly US and you were great!

Thank you so very much, you made our day very special. I am sorry it has taken me awhile to get back to you. I am happy to hear that you felt welcomed at our home. The ceremony was beautiful and very personal. It was exactly how I wanted it. PERFECT!! We received our marriage license today in the mail. Thank You.

Hello Bill
We both would like to once again thank you for the most perfect ceremony. I truly felt like there was no one else around and that is just what I wanted. Although we were around maybe over hundred's of people, you made it feel like it was just us three, very personable and we loved it. We truly had a wonderful day. After a morning filled with worries about the weather and the longest subway ride ever, the afternoon was just perfect. Thank you once again for sharing with us our many blessings.
